Hotel Selma
An existing 1920's two-story parking garage in Hollywood is transformed into a bold and sensuous boutique hotel.

The existing parking garage has been carved out for a valet and a lobby entry off the alley and a bar restaurant to engage the corner. Existing parking will be in the remainder of the existing building. The skin will be shrouded in greenery.

Four new levels are provided above the existing parking garage for guest rooms. The new floors will be physically set apart from the existing building below and create a middle block of the building with metal skin and varying balconies or punched openings with glowing light boxes.

The top two levels will house the restaurant, bar, pool and lounge areas. These spaces are light, whimsical and free flowing.
